Here are some of the best coupon and rebate apps that I have found:
Favado – Favado is a mobile savings app that helps shoppers stop overspending by notifying them when their favorite items are on sale. Favado has money saving experts who hand select sales and coupons every week — in more than 65,000 grocery and drugstores nationwide — to enable discovery of the best deals for savings up to 70% on everyday items.
Flipp -Flipp brings you the latest ads from hundreds of stores. Search flyer deals and coupons by item, brand, or category to quickly find the best deals on your weekly essentials and make saving money super easy. Flipp matches local flyer deals with coupons to bring you the most savings.
Cartwheel – Target’s app that allows you to download digital coupons to use at checkout. When you are in the store, you can scan the barcode of any item to see if there are any current Cartwheel deals for it.
Krogers – Krogers has an app that you can download digital coupons and make shopping lists. It links to your Krogers card, so the deals apply when your card is scanned.
Safeway – called Just4U, this is very similar to King Soopers’ app.
Ibotta – (click on link or use referral code: uottmxp) Ibotta is a rebate app for items that you might purchase at the grocery store. Before you go shopping, unlock cash rewards on great products by completing simple tasks. Buy the products you’ve unlocked. Scan your product barcodes, then submit a photo of your receipt. You’ll have the cash deposited into your Ibotta account within 48 hours.
Mobisave – (click on referral link). This is a rebate app. Save the items you’re going to purchase. Purchase those items at any retailer. Take a photo of the receipt and get cash back through Paypal.
BerryCart – Healthy Coupons. With this rebate app, you can earn cashback rewards on organic, gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO foods. Happy healthy eating!
SavingStar – This is a rebate app. Check regularly for new deals. Use card at checkout or take a picture of receipt. For automatic-savings stores, use your registered card at checkout as you normally do. For receipt-scan stores, take a picture of your receipt and submit through the SavingStar app or website. Get cash in your SavingStar account. Discounts are not received at checkout. Savings will post within 2-22 days depending on the store. You’ll receive an email when they post to your account. Cash out once you save $5. Pay out to a bank account or PayPal account or donate to charity.
Checkout 51 – Every Thursday morning, Checkout 51 updates with a new list of offers. All you have to do is pick the ones you like, purchase them at any store, and upload a photo of your receipt through the mobile app or website. When your account reaches $20.00, they’ll send you a check.
Shopkick – (click on referral link) Kicks are the app’s version of reward points. They’re easy to earn with the shopkick app and can be redeemed for gift cards to your favorite stores. You can earn in three ways: 1) walking into the store with your bluetooth on and the app open, 2) scanning select items in the store, and 3)linking your credit card and getting kicks for your purchases.
Panel App – (click on referral link) This app just runs all the time in the background of your phone. It uses GPS and you earn points to redeem for prizes, rewards and sweepstakes entries by just going about your day? Earn bonus points by completing surveys, connecting your social networks and referring your friends.
Remember that for many of these apps, especially the rebate ones, you need to load the rebates BEFORE purchasing, or they won’t count!
